Everyday for 6 days of each week we add one exercise to our Daily Home Workout Routine. Here are all the weeks we’ve already completed in case you’d like to start from the very beginning, or start somewhere in the middle, or if you’d like to go back to some routines you’ve really liked.

Each of the routines you can access below includes six unique exercises you can do at home without any gym equipment. There are detailed descriptions and video demonstrations, so that you know exactly what to do
