After the latest update of 52C you can now attach your picture and logo to each of the spreadsheets you email, print or export to PDF format. We refreshed the spreadsheets themselves as well, and adjusted them to be conveniently opened on mobile devices. Here’s how to add a little branding touch to the workout spreadsheets you share with your clients.
Check the updated 52C Settings
When you click the Settings now, you’ll discover several new fields and sections. First of all, you can develop your profile and add your photo, which will be then attached at the end of the sessions’ spreadsheets you print out, export to PDF, or send via email to your clients. Just click the ‘browse’ button and choose a pic from your computer to be attached.
Except the photo, you can also add your logo below. This way you can include your very own brand into the workout spreadsheets you send to your clients. Just like with the pic, click the ‘browse’ button and choose a pic from your computer to be attached.
To make sure the photo and logo will be properly attached and displayed, choose pics in .JPG and .PNG formats.
See the refreshed layout of emailed Sessions
Simplicity has been our priority when we designed the Sessions’ spreadsheets in the first place. The important thing is your clients know exactly what to do when they take a look at the spreadsheet you sent them. We kept that in mind when refreshing the layout of the Sessions sent via email and exported to PDF. Now they look modern and clear at the same time.
What’s more, the new spreadsheet will be automatically adjusted to the device your client opens it up. Whether they open it at home on their desktop, or on their tablet or smartphone, wherever they are, the spreadsheet will be still clear and convenient to use. This way the clients can follow your step-by-step workout instructions wherever they want, even when you’re not around.
How to test the new Sessions with your pic and logo attached?
Once you add your pic and logo, it’s obvious you’d like to see what they look like in the session emails you’re about to send to your clients. You can easily do that, too. How?
- Go to Sessions, pick an existing session or create a new one.
- Click the ‘Share’ button and choose email.
- You’ll see the white window for sending the session. Here you can send the session straight to your client, or pick the test option to send the session to your own inbox for a preview. Make sure you entered your email address and choose the ‘test email’ option.
- Check your inbox at your desktop/tablet/smartphone to see how the session with your logo and pic attached will look like at your client’s screen.
Hope you’ll like the refreshed Settings and the new layout of the emailed Sessions. Feel free to share your impressions with us.
